vik: Toronto, Canada; The concept behind vikfive is to provide a database of thoughts on interesting films. Interesting, does not necessarily mean good/cool or bad/shit, but refers to anything that pleasantly engages the mind, expands consciousness, and promotes intelligent discussion. It does not mean weird, in the negative connotation of the word as being different from the norm, but can be abstract and/or mainstream. We aim to create a portal to the ‘interesting’, irrespective of genre, nationality, language, or style. Our only motive is to spread the love of cinema.
